I just discovered these inspiring videos by Les Stroud , best known for his television program Survivorman. Les Stroud, Sue Jamison, and their two young children share their experiences of living ‘off the grid’ as they pursue their dream of building a self-sustaining lifestyle in the country by moving to their acreage in northern Ontario, Canada.

I hope you get this Les. You are living the life I always drempt of. Good for you, and my best wishes always. You did it! You are living the dream! And thanks for all of your shows that have given me and many others so much enjoyment over the years. I’ve gotta feel bad though for ya, eating nasties and sleeping in some pretty brutal conditions.
